Our regular Sunday service takes place at St Andrew’s Church starting at 10.30am.
The Eucharist is important to us as we gather for worship which is influenced by the catholic tradition. However, we are open to exploring new things and so we now have a monthly non-eucharistic service.
Our pattern of Sunday service is:
Sung Eucharist 1st, 3rd & 5th Sundays each month
This is a contemporary language service using Common Worship Holy Communion Order One and lasts about 60-70mins.
Andy’s Invite 2nd Sunday each month
This is an informal service of the word; time and space is provided to reflect on the scripture reading and for prayer. The service lasts about 45-60mins.
Family Eucharist 4th Sunday each month
This is similar to the Sung Eucharist but slightly shorter and more suitable for families lasting about 60mins. Baptisms sometimes take place during the service (lasting about 70mins).
If you are unfamiliar with the service or church you may like to be aware of the following:
The church has wheelchair access and a loop system.
We have a wheelchair for anyone wishing to use it.
We do not have a toilet.
Refreshments are served after the service.
The church rota for September/October 2018 can be found here.
